A Perspective on Current Unbalance in Low Voltage Distributi

The paper presents a mathematical model used to calculate symmetrical components of load flow in low voltage electrical distribution systems. On the basis of the proposed mathematical model, the loads of the lines were calculated in steady-state sinusoidal regime. Case studies addressed non-symmetrical regime caused by the load unbalance with respect to the electrical distribution network. The analysis of the case studies was performed by varying the effective values of the currents and of its phase differences. The hypothesis is that the electrical distribution network is fed with symmetrical voltages.
